Michelle has been with Class Services for a combined 6 years.  IICRC Certified in ASD, CDS, FRST, OCT & WRT, she is a Project Manager, Estimator, Executive Assistant and Junior Consultant.

Specializing in contents pack out & inventory, Michelle has several out of town projects to her credit and is gaining experience serving as a Junior Consultant and Administrative Assistant under Sara Raley for Resource One, the Consulting division of Class Services.

Presently working for Class Services as Director of Operations.   Bill previously Owned and Operated three Servpro® Franchises in the Central Florida area for over 29 years and in the restoration industry over 34 years.  Also a Master Water Restorer, Bill is certified in numerous areas by the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA) and the Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration (IICRC), Bill is recognized by State of Florida Department of Insurance for providing continuing education courses.

Bill also served as Chapter Chairman on The Clean Trust IICRC S-500 – 2006 Revision - Second Edition.

Bill is recognized as an expert in chemicals and equipment, odor identification, management, loss consulting and sales & marketing .

Bill's love of teaching was founded in his former teaching positions he held as a Secondary Instrumental Instructor at Howard Middle School in Orlando, an Adjunct Professor at Valencia Community College and the University of Central Florida and Faculty Instructor in the Musical Department at WMU.

Mr. Raley earned a BA in Music Education & Performance at Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, MI  

Born in 1949 in Youngstown, Ohio, Bill has been married to wife Sara 29 years.  Bill's interests include, reading, golfing, UF football games and music.

​​​​Sara Raley serves as President & CEO of Class Services, a full service residential and commercial restoration company specializing in restoration construction for losses resulting from fire, water and mold damage, hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes and other disasters to custom home building and 

Sara's expertise focuses on the cleaning and restoration industry both domestic and abroad and has extensive experience in both private and government sectors.  

As a Certified Commercial Drying Specialist and Master Water Restorer, Sara specializes in consulting for large project management and building diagnostics, large drying and cleaning/construction restoration projects.  She possesses a Certified Building Contractor’s License in the State of Florida (CBC1254962), and is a Certified Thermographer holding numerous IICRC Certifications as well as a Certified Lead Paint Renovator (#139125) and Certified Mold Remediator (MRSR1517).  Sara has successfully been in the cleaning and restoration industry in the Orlando, Florida area in a career which spans 34 years. 

Ms. Raley earned a BS in Business Management and a BA in Music from Florida Southern College located in Lakeland Florida.  Sara is also a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority and has been extensively involved in her local alumni association.

Sara was born in Orlando and raised in Winter Springs, Florida located in the Greater Orlando area of Central Florida and has three stepdaughters and nine grandchildren.  Mrs. Raley has had active leadership roles in a number of professional and charitable organizations over the years.  Sara is an avid golfer and University of Florida Gator fan.
